Rules of Play
The rules of the R.C.G.A. govern all play except as modified by Local Rules 
Local Rules
1.Out of Bound is the white stakes and the boundary fences on holes No. 1,2,3,8 and 9. 
2. A Ball lying within a club length of a seat, bench or steps may be lifted and dropped without penalty within one club length of where it lay, but not nearer the hole. 
3. A ball lying on a putting green other than that of the hole being played must be lifted and dropped off the putting green as near as possible to where the ball lay but not nearer the hole and not in hazard, without penalty.
